Car very dirty and a lot of scratches

A few scratches and nuggets missing on exterior of the cave. But very clean interior. Pretty good communication. Easy trip

The car was ok but was severely scratched all over.
The car was also delivered to me with only 30% battery (rather than the amount it was supposed to be at) and we had to spend a significant amount of time charging the battery initially which wasted the first day of our trip.
Also, it was my first tesla experience and I had no idea it took so long to charge. We’d spend over 1.5 hours charging the car whenever we needed a significant charge… blew my mind how much time it wasted.
Overall though I liked it, just wish the battery worked better and was delivered with closer to a full charge.

The host was great — very responsive and understanding when I had a concern. They were also flexible and had no problem with me extending the trip, which I appreciated.
As for the car, it was okay overall and got me through the 12 days without any major issues. However, it wasn’t in the best condition. There were visible scratches all over the exterior, the interior was dirty, and there was a strange smell that lingered.
Given the timing and the hassle of switching vehicles, I decided to keep it rather than go through the rental process all over again. It did the job, but definitely could have been cleaner and better maintained.
