Car smelled like weed as soon as I got in. It was pretty obvious someone had been smoking in it. Reported this to the owner and she didn't care. Driver's door had to be pushed open to get out. Button on key fob wouldn't open the trunk.
Disheartening to read this false review. We inspect and clean thoroughly between each rental. While I did not detect any odor/evidence of smoking, I still offered you a solution - and you never responded. We have checked the car door; it operates like any normal car door. The power lift gate is not standard on all trims. It requires you to simply unlock and lift. We are very intentional with providing our guests with excellent service, as our past 2-year reviews, 230+ trips, reflect that.

The whole experience was smooth and effortless. Ashley was punctual each time I had a question. Car is a great gas saver and was squeaky clean upon pickup. Definitely will use her services again.
