Beware! False advertisement right here!! This is listed as a 7 passenger vehicle. There are conflicting pictures in the listing. One picture shows captain seats in the middle and one picture shows 3 seats in the middle row. So I messaged the host and he confirmed it was a 7 passenger vehicle which was important since I was specifically renting it for 7 passengers. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle one hour before I was scheduled to leave town I realized it was indeed only a six seater. I had no choice but to rent a second vehicle for my trip. When I confronted the host he blamed the vin number saying it’s not his fault and oops some pictures of another vehicle somehow got in the listing. Then I asked why he confirmed there were 7 seats when only six he had no response. I gave him the chance to make things right and he refused. He stopped responding to my messages. I contacted customer service and they did give me a small partial refund, but not nearly enough to cover my extra expenses.
