This is my second time booking with Kevin the car is always clean and ready to go: I never have any issues. He’s always super polite. Kevin is also understanding and is very honest. He’s VERY RESPONSIVE! If there’s even the slightest issue you let him know. I’ll be booking with Kevin whenever the bmw x1 is an available.
Tips on the car. It’s great for families my kids and I always sit comfortably. Plenty of leg room for larger passengers as well. Great on gas. There’s a large moon roof that gives you the luxury feel! It’s cute for small trips or just day to day in the city activities. I used the car for 2 days and only had to fill up the last day when I returned. Sound system is crisp and clear.
Now a small tip for future users if you want to connect your phone to the Bluetooth you need to avoid the zlink option as it is completely different. You need to use the phone connect option and buttons that are closer to the gear shift. Click the phone option and connect that way.

Great communicators , ran into something and he didn’t get mad he helped and understood .car drove smooth and didn’t have any problems with it . I would book from them again loved my experience 10/10
