The cars mirrors where lose. 1 side mirror was taped to hold it in place that didn't work. The rear view mirror was lose and had to be readjust each time. But over all the car was clean and ran good. The host responded each time I reached out to them.

The car was clean on the inside, drove great. For my first experience, it was great. Host was accommodating when my flight got delayed, and was patient when I got confused about where to park the car for return because the parking lot where I originally pick it up from was full.
