Car was clean and seemed to be in great running condition when I picked it up in Tempe. However, two hours into our trip, the AC quit working. I immediately notified the owner/operator and told him that I was in Tucson. He asked for my exact location and said that he would coordinate with his mechanic. I told him that we didn’t want to waste our time as we had a tight schedule and was headed to Mt. Lemon. I told him we should be in the hotel between 3-4pm. He said ok and just let him know when we are back at the hotel. I was under the impression that he would meet us there. Got back at the hotel and they haven’t even left Tempe. He advised me that it would be better if he could fix the vehicle when we get back at night around 11pm. I said ok and advised him when we got back and even told him I parked the vehicle under street light so he can have some light. Morning came and nothing. I messaged him several times and did not get a response. My wife, two young children and my 90yr old mother had a wedding to go to and had no choice but to sweat in the vehicle. Very unprofessional and very poor service specially he was well aware of what our plans were. I had to cut our vacation short to return the vehicle.
