Pick up was a little odd. It would be much better to get the car directly from the airport. It was highly inconvenient to have to Uber to the pickup location despite requesting I pick it up at the airport. Adding a second driver was also wildly inconvenient and took us two hours on the phone with support and they barely helped us.
Hello Ameen, when you rent the vehicle you know the pick up location, so if you need to pick it up the vehicle at the airport, you should choose a vehicle available there. The vehicle is in perfect shape and the maintenance is excellent.
