This was a terrible experience. The service was terrible. The host left the car with less than a quarter of a tank of gas. His booking had stated that no car wash was necessary, but on the way back, he told us to leave $20 for a car wash or get it washed. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I would never rent from Roxy again.

Amazing customer service, John was super attentive and communicative throughout my entire trip, def recommend and of course I will rent again!
