The car was nice and clean. It was easy to pick up and drop off. And I definitely enjoyed driving it.

One of the WORST experiences I have ever had in my life. We picked up the car with 50% charge because the host apparently just barely started charging before we arrived. What I thought was a minor inconvenience ended up ruining our entire trip. We had to start planning to charge (which takes about an hour) only after a day of use. We didnt have time to take from our plans to go charge a car we just rented! This host took no account for how inconvenient their actions were and what it would cost us. Once it was the day to return the car we were so low on battery it stressed us out all day. I literally lost my phone scrambling to figure out how to just get to the chargers, yet alone charge it, because we had such low battery. We finally got to the chargers only for Tesla to charge over 20$ for 20% of charge which is more than a gas car but the host had them listed as a number 1 choice! It was awful. We didn’t even have enough charge to go to another charging station, let alone a PHONE to find another charging station or even properly return the car. This rental cost way more than the trouble it cost. It cost me every bit of peace of mind and, again, MY PHONE. To top it all off their key box is broken which did not allow us to securely return the key after our trip. And their driveway was filled (even though they have a garage) which did not allow us to place THEIR car on the charger when returning it. I think we were more stressed about their car being charged than they were the entire time.
