Super nice and responsive, car was clean and worked perfect for the trip

Awful. Do not recommend. Damage to vehicle that wasn’t discolored (large scratches) as well as weed smell not disclosed. We drove the car from airport (15min) to Airbnb and then 10 min to brunch and had a flat tire. Zero help with customer service to charge me $99 to put a spare on that isn’t safe to continue driving and I had no options. Host said he missed my call and never called back saying he was “in the woods”. We are in Florida. Unacceptable and hope he gets off turo
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We delivered a fully functional, safe vehicle to you with good tires. That’s wjat we are required to do. It’s unfortunate that you ran over a nail and didn’t agree with turo process for roadside assistance.
We never received a phone call from you. The first notification we got from you was through the turo app. We immediately gave you turo protocol for a flat tire and you went against it and we were covering the tire.
Tire is replaced.
