As soon as we left the garage at the airport the check tire pressure light came on. I took pics of the tires before we left but of course I can’t see if there is a nail in the tire if it’s the part of the tire on the concrete. We should have reported it right away but from the look of the tires when we got the car they had pebbles and rocks all stuck it he tread I would not have been surprised if the nail was in the tire when we got the car. Anyway, we ended having. To get the tire changed and get the original tire plugged. Such a pain and with no help from the owner. Turo tried to tell us we then had to go get all four tires checked and before we return we needed to prove the tread on the other tires were acceptable to drive. Like what?! It was actually very stressful as we just needed a car to drive and move our daughter into college. Not a great start.

Thank you for your feedback. You reported the tire issue several hours after the trip had started, and I did my best to assist based on the information available. However, you never provided photos of the tire damage or any documentation confirming that the tire was replaced or repaired. The vehicle and tires were inspected after the trip. For these reasons, I believe this review does not accurately reflect the situation. Safety and proper vehicle maintenance are always my top priorities.

Car was clean but had an odor. There was some electrical issues such as a glitch with GPS system and windshield wiper randomly turning on. But car rode nice.

No issues with GPS or electrical systems were reported during your trip, and you did not reach out at any point, which would have been the correct time to address any concerns.
