5 out of 5 stars for Keith! Everything was exactly as described. The car was in excellent condition, clean, well maintained, and ready to go. The pick-up and drop-off process was simple, quick, and efficient. I would definitely rent from Keith again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth Turo experience.

While the vehicle was mechanically functional and got me where I needed to go, I was disappointed by the condition in which it was provided. The exterior was heavily covered in bugs and road grime, but the bigger issue was the interior. There was loose change, napkins, straws, air freshener debris, and other items left behind. It was obvious the vehicle had not been properly cleaned or vacuumed before my trip. The host acknowledged the vehicle was dirty and suggested I take it through a car wash using their membership, but that would only address the exterior and would still leave the interior needing attention. In my opinion, a rental vehicle should be cleaned and ready before pickup. If a vehicle is not in rentable condition, it should either be cleaned prior to the reservation or substituted with another vehicle.
Communication was adequate, and the vehicle itself was usable, though I also noticed the radio volume knob did not function properly and the A/C struggled to cool the vehicle during initial use. Overall, the trip was completed successfully, but the cleanliness and preparation of the vehicle fell well below my expectations for a rental experience.

Regarding your other notes, I have since thoroughly inspected the vehicle and can confirm that the A/C blows ice cold and the radio volume knob is fully functional.
