PRINCESS WAS AWESOME SHE MADE THIS SO EASY EVEN UPGRADED ME WHEN I HAD TO WAIT A FEW MOMENTS TO MAKE THINGA COMFORTABLE FOR MY GRANDSON. ONLY COMPLAINT AND ITS VERY MINOR AS IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT THERE WAS A HUGE DENT ON THE HOOD.

Everything was good

This car was a great fit for my family. Clean and spacious for my family of 6! We drove out of town to ATL and the drive was very smooth. We will definitely be renting with this host again!!! Thank you.

Overall car was good, drove good, nice features. Would probably use again. Areas of opportunity for hosts to improve: 1) better location directions, 2) cleanliness, and 3) car maintenance.
Location was difficult to find (“3rd floor of a parking garage,” but not what area of floor, when other cars were also parked there it made it somewhat confusing).
Cleanliness: Car did not have protective floor mats (that’s fine, I vacuumed before returning anyways) but whomever had it before didn’t do a thorough job cleaning/detailing the floors, seats, or underneath in the crevices; nearly all the door panels and cup holders were sticky and we had to wipe everything down before starting our trip, including some of the seats; it also appears a prior guest may have had pets (despite not being permitted) because there was short dog hairs on the backs of the seats in 2nd and 3rd row; also there was a large, dried white stain on the back of the 3rd row seat passenger side.
Maintenance: The driver side front windshield also had a quarter-sized crack (hard to see in the dark garage until I saw it at the right angle in the light).

Our experience was hands down great, with this being the first time i have ever used TURO, slightly skeptical of renting an auto in this fashion.. but pleasantly surprised and ultimately satisfied. I have been burned by rental car companies in the past from the airport or companies in general that i did not want to risk not having the car i wanted from advertisements shown online. So i decided to give TURO a shot. The owners of this car were great! Fast, efficient, and super friendly and never annoyed with reach outs! I will say- the original car I selected was low on oil upon receiving and due to a longer commute and wanting to keep my family and i safe i reached out to the owners to inquire on this-when i tell you within minutes - i was provided with a solution-an alternative auto in the same pick up area- same make and model, and with the unlimited mileage i originally booked for- this did not interrupt or delay any of our plans/schedules.- with the modification being completed in 10 minutes! The car smelt great- was clean - tire pressure good and all around was ready to drive. And the best part was- you got exactly what you saw in the picture! I am very pleased with TURO and even more satisfied with the owners. Thank you again for allowing such a smooth transition for us and our family into vacation mode with your vehicle! Will be favoriting- and using again into the future! Definitely recommend!
