Car was clean, drove well, and easy pick up/drop off. It was quite challenging with host for airport pick up as the car was dropped off 16 hours in advance of my trip and host held me responsible for the parking fee of $22 even though for first hour in parking it would have been free. Host would not assist and I needed to work with Turo direct to be reimbursed this fee from host payment. It took longer than necessary. This made the pick up more challenging than it needed to be and cause some unnecessary frustration while on a vacation. Communication was prompt throughout which was helpful.
