I had to pay $22 for airport parking immediately after picking up the car, which was an unexpected expense. More importantly, the car completely shut down twice while I was driving, with both the engine and systems turning off. This was concerning and made the trip feel unsafe. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Funny how you mentioned none of that to us. Thanks for the feedback. This car is literally brand new. If something like this happened it would have been great to at communicate with the host. I wouldn’t rent you a car that I know will shut down on you.
The host was responsive and the vehicle was great. I’ve used Turo several times and this is the first time I’ve had to pay for parking when picking up the vehicle. I’ve always been reimbursed. I didn’t like that and I was asked to vacuum out the vehicle by the host. I was on vacation and not able to get to a car wash. This is also the first time I’ve ever been asked to do that.
