Smoked in previously, didn’t get notified before hand

We also don’t get notified when people smoke in our cars. Most trips are back to back. As explained to you, we only have so much time to try and clear the smell before the next trip. You had the option to return the car but decided to keep it.
Pretty disappointed for a long range tesla....Like others have mentioned car was pretty dirty...sticky drink residue in consoles... cigarette ashes on the dash....only 100miles to a 80% charge...rented the car for the fsd only to find out camera was broken and was told fsd was unavailable after purchasing ...30 mins to charge after max 1.5hr driving

To start the car was dirty , asked the host and claim it was “wear and tear “ prob
never seen a Carwah in its life , car has 140k miles so the battery drained super fast even on cruise control , host was very rude and ignore me when I ask a question about adding self driving option to the car , poor communication dirty car , never renting again. .
