Hi Nicholas, it would be appreciated if you were accurate. The car you’re speaking of had a cracked rim and didn’t arrive in time as the dealer promised us. Rather than outright cancel your reservation, we proposed this vehicle which is almost double the price at the same rate as before. You chose to move forward, we could have canceled the reservation for you and Turo would’ve been kind enough to help you rebook another vehicle. You decided to move forward. You were not obligated to sir.
