Loved the car so convenient!

The car arrived damaged. There was major damage on the driver‘s door. The car also reeked of marijuana. My teenage kids even commented on it You had to do preconditioning for the car (run AC for 10 min) in order for it not to smell. I asked the owner about it and he simply stated I can’t help who smokes in the car. I reached out to Turo and they said just cancel your reservation and get a new car. But the car drove nicely and pick up at my house was fantastic. I like the host but just didn’t appreciate the upfront information about cars condition.

There was cosmetic damage to the car that the host alerted us of before we picked up the car. We also ended up getting a flat tire which the host was helpful in troubleshooting the recommended process with turo road side assistance. Other than that, the host was great.

Was late getting picked up by one hour, car has a bad odor of smoke. I did book it 10pm the night before but Need to clean up smell
