I got exactly what I wanted a Tesla with long range and a host who responded every time within minutes. I would highly recommend this vehicle and especially this Turo Host.

Found crack all the way through on the windshield when we were picking up the car. Totally unacceptable and a safety concern. We ended up having to call Turo customer service to cancel the booking. 3 hours wasted.
We explained the guest that the car was left with a cracked windshield from the previous trip which was returned same day of his pick up. We just didn't want to leave him without vehicle, the crack on the windshield wasn't that big and it has been already fixed. We always try to help our guests best as possible.
