Host and communication was top notch. Offered to drop off portable charger to help address charging/range issue.
Vehicle range is, however, completely misrepresented. Stated range is 235, would get 150 miles at best (full charge to full discharge). This turned a 1 stop road trip into 3 stops. DO NOT use this vehicle for any kind of road trip or situation, local use only.
Would highly recommend Host and/or Turo update range of vehicle to represent real world usage.

Thank you for the detailed feedback and for documenting your experience during the trip. I’m glad the communication and support were helpful. Real-world EV range can vary significantly based on speed, weather, traffic, AC use, elevation, and driving style, especially on earlier Tesla models like this 2017 Model X 75D. I appreciate the insight and will continue monitoring the vehicle’s battery performance closely.
Sebastian was super accommodating was able to drop off the car for me and pick it up at non-standard locations worked out great
