I got a call when we arrived at the airport that there was a mix up and their driver delivered the wrong car. After being told to meet their driver in two different locations we finally got the vehicle. The car was dirty, a partially drank bottle of water in the cup holder and insect/roach spray in the passenger door. I reported the cleanliness and was told they would compensate me if I went and washed the car, but a credit was agreed upon instead.(That credit was never issued) Later in our trip the reason for the insect/roach spray was discovered when my kids found carpet roaches crawling on the floor in the backseat. In a nutshell I think the customer service seems to be built on empty promises and it’s time this vehicle is taken out of service for rental or the price lowered significantly. Almost 100k on the odometer, looking a bit rough, added trim pieces to cover up rust and a transmission that may be crying for help. Save your money and skip past this rental.
