Great experience! The car was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Pick-up and drop-off were super easy and convenient. The host had great communication throughout the whole process and made everything smooth and stress-free. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely book again and highly recommend!

The trip was good. Car was good. The brakes at times felt as they put new pads on old rotors, the car had a stall at about 14-1800 rims and 20mph like a shift from firat to second from a traffic light. I would have given 5 stars except when I picked up the car was told any issue reach out directly. Had a flat tire and did that then was told that had to go through the turo app. Got a flat tire from a bolt that came unlodged from the tire. The spare didn't feel safe to drive on, little dry rot looking as well as a few burn spots. I got a replacement tire and the rest of the trip was smooth. Come back to town would use this company again just now know it all comes through the turo system other then at pickup.

No chance I'd rent from these people. Customer service is horrendous. Actually, it doesn't exist, so it's worse than horrendous...non-existent.
This guest has broke my car engine. I don’t think he has done this with the purpose but that’s what happened during his trip. The car has been inspected a day before by Nissan dealership and everything was perfect with the car for some reason the engine stopped working . We tried to work out something for our guest, but we understand his frustration..
