Brian was a very good host. Responded quickly to any questions. Pick up location was very good. The car was a little beaten up. Trunk floor was dented making it hard to lay stuff down flat and it smelled like someone had smoked marijuana in the car.

The Rogue is actively rented, so some normal wear can occur, but I always do my best to keep it clean and well maintained. Smoking is strictly prohibited, so I’m disappointed to hear about the smell. I wish this had been reported during the trip so I could have addressed it immediately. Thanks again for bringing it to my attention though.
