First time using this service. And will forever be a customer. Can’t be any easier. “The Rouge” rode great. For a vehicle that has 100,000 mileage it’s in great shape. Has a kick ass a/c. Would definitely rent again.

Car's good mechanically
Ac works but not if its really hot.
The car is so embarrassing.
It has screws like house hold screws like hang a picture up screws in the bumper. 2 on each side.
Its very embarrassing.
You turn a corner and its loud, loud scraping turning it’s horrible.
Told host to see if they were aware of this car being like this.
They told me something (can’t remember what it was) but it slipped. And that i could get under there and cut it off. Literally CUT IT OFF. Like absolutely not!!!! So for 2 days we had this embarrassing car. Every right turn. Loud and obnoxious.

The guest booked the vehicle for 2 days. We inspected the vehicle immediately after return and there was no unusual noise or mechanical issue. It’s possible the noise occurred after the vehicle encountered something during the trip. Regarding the A/C, it was working properly, but the temperature and mode settings were not being used correctly by the guest and one vent was closed we saw that after the return . We take maintenance seriously and would have addressed any confirmed issue immediately.

The car had a crack in the windshield and the car play never wanted to work. It would randomly start working. Which made driving in a different state a little harder.
