Gas gauge was a little off so It never really had an accurate idea of how many miles I had.

Sam/host read my urgent message regarding the key got locked in the car while its on but provided no response. This left me stranded and forced to contact customer service directly for roadside assistance, which caused significant delays and added stress to an already difficult situation. Better communication and timely support are crucial, especially in emergencies.
