The car was neat and clean smelled good, good on gas but expensive to fill back up. The music system sounded good. Was spacious fit all out things in it and ran smoothly.

The car was in poor condition: the suspension rattled. The air conditioning didn't work—and this was in Florida! They swapped the car for a smaller model, but it turned out to be in roughly the same condition: everything rattled and hummed. Two strikes out of two.
We’re sorry the trip did not meet your expectations. We do want to note this review was left immediately after we informed the guest they would be invoiced for returning the vehicle without refueling, per Turo policy. Throughout the trip, we remained responsive and even arranged a replacement vehicle to accommodate their concerns. Both vehicles completed the trip without any reported safety or mechanical failures through Turo support.
