The car had maintenance issues along with problems with the alarm system going off every five minutes during the night. When requested a swap out. The second vehicle provided had all the seats cracked and stained look worst then the original one. Had to get an uber in the middle of the night they closed there dealer gate on me and had to wait in the middle of the night on the side of the road. Host was aggravated for not talking the second car. First time I ever had a awful experience with Turo. Customer service did go above and beyond and provided a voucher for the uber I needed and connected me with a new host and gave us a credit towards the new vehicle. Very satisfied with Turos Customer service hep line.

We picked up the vehicle with tires that were nearly bald. While driving, one of the tires blew, which resulted in about $1,800 in damages, plus the cost of replacing the tire. The car also felt very old and poorly maintained, with sensors going off during the trip.
I would strongly recommend checking this vehicle thoroughly before renting. Based on our experience, I would not rent this car again.

Great! Torque is great, Mercedes quality is older but really nice. Tight steering radius, great cargo area and hauling capacity for the 5-person family! Loved it!
