great to drive, good communication! the fuel wasn’t completely full when received and you have to pay extra for parking around $20 usd. Other than that, is a great deal!

The vehicle was provided with a little less than a full tank of gas and then the host is trying to charge me more money to fuel up and then another $10 convenience fee on top of that when I left the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Not only that but the entire trip anytime I tried to reach out to the host. He never responded and I had to reach out to Tarah’s Customer Service a bunch of times to get him to respond sometimes taking him up to 12 hours to respond. Then I was never notified that I would have to pay an extra $36 to pull it out of the garage after paying an additional 30 to have it parked at the airport. i’ve never had such a terrible experience with a vehicle rental in my life. Keep in mind if you need a three road vehicle don’t use this vehicle because it doesn’t allow for passengers to fill up three rows and then also luggage.
