I actually really liked this 2025 Mazda CX-50. The car drove great, was very clean, and I even appreciated that the host had a membership at Woody’s because I took the car to get detailed before returning it. During my entire trip, the vehicle gave me no issues at all.
As I was dropping the car off, the oil change light and tire pressure light came on, so out of courtesy I informed the host immediately. Later, the host found a nail in the tire, which likely explained the tire pressure warning. What disappointed me was how the situation was handled. Instead of reaching out to discuss possible solutions, like plugging the tire or splitting the cost, the host immediately filed a claim through Turo and purchased a brand new tire, then suddenly charged me $240.
I felt that was an unfair and aggressive way to handle someone who took care of the vehicle and communicated honestly. Turo also handled the situation as if I intentionally caused the damage, which was frustrating. The car itself was great, but because of how this was handled, I would not do business with this host again.

Y’all I booked this last minute AND changed my drop of day to a few days later and Jordan was awesome! This Mazda was very comfortable and sleek. Thank you!

Jordan was very communicative, responded in a timely manner, and very accommodating. The car was well cared for, got great gas mileage, clean inside and out. I was very happy with this business trip travel and the vehicle. I’d recommend Jordan as a host and his vehicle. I look forward to booking with him again.
