Car was easy to find, clean, drive well! No issues would rent again.

Communication was great, finding the car was easy, and it drove very well and was in great working condition. The only thing was when we picked it up. It still had quite a bit of sand, substance that looks like maybe sunscreen oil on the seats, and it smelled really bad of cigarettes when it’s a non-smoking car. We did have to buy car freshener and eventually the smell went away. I assume it was just from the last person who used the car, but we just wished it was inspected a little bit better before we got it. We did end up finding the used cigarette butt in the back seat and got rid of it.

No problems with the car. Easy pickup and easy, quick communication. Car was pretty clean and well maintained. I will say the navigation was at times hard to use but that has nothing to do with the company. I would rent from them again!
