Car was clean. Well kept. 1st user so some issues using the app That was on me.

When we arrived to pick up the car it was 104 degrees in Tampa. We were unable to get into the car for over 45 minutes. Because the key wasnt in the lock box. We made several calls and messages to the host who was unresponsive. Once he responded he said "thats weird, send me a Picture". Mind you it was over 100 degrees. We had children with us and it was far from a place to put the kids. Since the host wasn't responsive we called turo. They tried contacting the host and were unable to. I kept insisting they try. They eventually did. They said the host was sending someone to deliver a spare key. They wouldn't get me a timeline. I requested another vehicle and they said they would need to cancel my reservation before looking for one. And that they would need to discuss prices and it could take a few hours. I requested a partial refund and they said I have to wait to request until after my trip. The car was dirty and grimy inside and the person who dropped the key off just said sorry and left.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove great the entire trip. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything was exactly as described. I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!
