Child car seats we paid extra for were in terrible condition, did not tighten properly and were not suited for infant as we requested. They ignored multiple messages we sent about this issue. Our baby was uncomfortable and we felt unsafe driving the whole week. Everything else with the car was fine. Would have had a chance for a higher rating if they had responded to messages about this issue but we were ignored twice.
