Never got the car. After updating my arrival time because of a delayed overnight flight, the car was not where it was supposed to be at the time I arrived. Because of an appointment I was already late for I had to book a rental car.

Joe is a nice guest, but the trip was very unorganized. His dates and arrival times were changed several times. Joe did not submit his license until last minute for Turo to release the vehicle location, which was waiting on him. It was left there and he never came. The vehicle had to be pulled in and out of the garage with each change which cost us about $59 in parking fees & 3 days back and forth. This is a unique situation, but could have been prevented with proper planning from our guest.
