I have been renting through Turo for a long time, and I have never experienced this level of disrespect from a host before. The host contacted Turo customer service and accused me of committing fraud. I was even required to get on a video call with him just to receive the vehicle. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. If I could give this host a negative rating, I would. My experience was a 0 out of 10.
It was my pleasure to rent to you while protecting the company assets with due and necessary caution at times to prevent cancelling this reservations.
We would be happy to rent to you again but the rules apply regardless.
1 day rentals not allowed. Verification processes will continue as necessary to prevent future issues experienced. Phone were disconnected,1 day rental not allowed, drivers license reviewed by 2 persons before coming to me. Renters have used siblings id in past.
