The car was absolutely filthy upon pick up. There’s over 130,000 miles and took two tries to start every morning. The windshield wipers do not work at all and the rubber is falling apart.

This was an unfortunate circumstance that Jonathan had to deal with. Jonathan picked up the jeep after another guest left it in the described condition. I offered multiple accommodations to have it cleaned and detailed which he refused. It seemed like Jonathan was fishing for discounts and giveaways and was not willing to work to find a resolution. We wish Jonathan the best in his future rentals. As proven, this is not a common experience for our guests. But we appreciate all feedback!
