We’re disappointed to see this review because it does not reflect the condition of the vehicle. The Jeep was provided with a working key and was driven throughout the entire trip without any reported issue preventing its use. The A/C was inspected again after return and was operating normally. We strive to provide reliable vehicles and encourage guests to contact us during their trip so any concerns can be addressed promptly.

We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. The vehicle was driven for three days, over 200 miles, and accumulated approximately 18 hours of idle time during the trip. At return, the A/C system was inspected and found to be operating normally. The only concern mentioned was reduced cooling while idling, but no fault was found during our inspection. We take guest feedback seriously and will continue monitoring the vehicle to ensure it remains in excellent condition
