My trip was ok, I was going out of town and the unexpected happened, the AC WENT OUT. BUT THE OWNER MADE SURE HE FIXED THE ISSUE ASAP. Got it fixed, he cares about his customers.

The car was very clean and everything was wonderful on the way up! On the way back down the AC broke down, but Maciej was in contact with me the entire time. If I sent a message, he was on it responding immediately. He and I kind of tried to work it out when I was up north, but it was a lot more than I could do. He had already ordered the part that we thought was going bad. I will have to say that I am big-time impressed with how responsive he was and how caring he was to the situation!! I had some issues that occurred with my son while we were up there and he was very nice about that also. I can’t give him more than five stars, but I definitely would!! and I will definitely rent a car from them again.
