I had a great experience with this vehicle overall. The car drove smoothly, had no mechanical issues, and the AC worked perfectly (which is a must). It’s also very good on gas for an SUV, which made a big difference with current gas prices. I was able to get around easily without constantly worrying about filling up.
Pickup was simple and exactly as described. The vehicle was right where it was listed, and the process was straightforward with no confusion.
The host was responsive and communicated quickly, which I appreciated. The only slight concern was being asked to send a selfie directly to their phone or FaceTime for verification. I wasn’t comfortable with that, but once I expressed it, they respected my preference and allowed me to send the photo through the Turo app instead, which made me feel much more secure.
Aside from that, everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely book again.
