Car looked brand new, very clean and tidy. The hoste were very attentive and responded very quickly to any question. We really appreciated them travelling 1 ½ hours to bring us a new key because we thought the key was not working. Turned out that we did not close one backdoor properly and this was not indicated. The pick up and the return were totally smooth and quick. What we appreciated especially was that the host came both in person. This we find better than just leaving the car somewhere not knowing if something might happen. All in all: these were Super Host and we will try to get a car again from them next time we are here. Thanks a lot.
Volker and Louisa were excellent guests during their three month rental of our Hyundai Tucson.
They were respectful, responsible, and took great care of the vehicle throughout the entire rental period. Communication was always smooth and timely, which made the experience easy and pleasant.

Very clean car , rides smooth,host was nice and polite
Thank you for the five star rating! I take pride in handing my guests a five star experience. I’m very disappointed in how you returned the vehicle. The experience for me as a host was a nightmare. You rented my car for only one day and didn’t even bother to refuel it. The damage to the hood cost me $200 to fix and the marijuana smell inside the car was another $150 to get out. I had to take off work to fix all of this and there’s no way to get compensation for that. I lost a lot!!!
