Easy pickup/drop off using a lockbox, windshield had a rather large chip directly in view, inside of windshield was visibly dirty, otherwise fine experience.

Very easy and efficient pickup process! Drop off was just as easy. Omar was very responsive and detailed in his responses which really helped me out as a first time flyer, trying to navigate to the garage from the airport. The car model itself is extremely good on gas and has great tech and AC for the hot weather! I would definitely rent this car and from Omar again. I highly recommend for first time travelers but also first time Turo users :)

Only 1,300 miles! Very clean and comfortable to drive. Drop off/pickup instructions were very clear. I will definitely use Vivid Rentals when in the Tampa area again.
