I LOOVEEE THIS SUV! I was unsure at first due to the high gas prices but it runs great and it’s efficient!

Worst Turo experience so far. During the pick up, I couldn't locate the lockbox (which i was instructed was on the vehicle), so for about 10 minutes I was looking around and under the vehicle I was picking up. After not finding it, I messaged the host through Turo, via text, and even attempted to call 4 times. NO RESPONSE! Ended up calling customer support who also didn't get a response from the host. It wasn't until 50 minutes after my arrival that the host responded that she would send someone because THEY FORGOT TO LEAVE THE KEY!!! I ended up waiting a whole HOUR at the location before I could actually pick up the vehicle. Then all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience." REALLY?! THATS IT?! The car drove fine but the whole pick up situation turned my review into a 1 star review. That was unacceptable.

Instructions were clear, easy to find in parking garage. Car could have used a bit of a wipe down but nothing major.
