We had a great experience overall! The car itself was clean, comfortable, and did not give us any issues during our rental. The only hiccup was when we first arrived. It took us almost an hour to locate the car in the parking garage, only to find out that, for some reason, someone had taken the car we were supposed to rent.
The owner was very gracious and understanding about the situation and even refunded us one day of the rental as a gesture for the mix-up. We really appreciated that—it showed that the owner genuinely cared about making things right.
Despite the initial inconvenience, our overall experience was definitely 5 stars. We appreciate the owner’s kindness and professionalism, and we would absolutely rent from them again. Thank you for a great experience!
