The pick up location and the drop of location was really simple and the Ford escape drives really well did not have a single problem during my trip

I had a negative experience with this vehicle. During the trip, part of the rear spoiler came off without any incident. Upon inspection, there were signs of prior repairs in the rear section, suggesting it wasn’t in proper condition. Safety is crucial when renting a car, and these issues raise concerns about maintenance. I hope this is fixed for future renters.
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience Jose. However, please make sure you tell the whole story. Upon inspection it was determined that the only way the spoiler could break is if someone put weight on it. After refusing to pay for the damages we had to get Turo involved and they agreed with us and reimbursed us for the damages. Please be honest in your future bookings when you damage a vehicle. Thank you
