This host does not stand behind their vehicles. They have 70. The one I got ran fine the first day and the second day it had a check engine light. They said to drive it anyway, did not replace the car, and required me to drive it across town to the original pick up spot to return it.
I was stranded with no transportation for the entire day waiting for a family member to follow me in case the car died route to return it. The could easily have given me another car. There were at least 30 just sitting there when I dropped this one off. I live in this area and will never trust this host again.
Turo was no help. They said they could tow the car but then they would investigate why the engine light was on and if it was minor I would have to pay for the tow. I’ll avoid Turo in the future as well.
This host and Turo showed no regard for the safety of a woman traveling
alone.

This is definitely a plus ride very clean comfortable lots of needed features and seats contour to back making long driving relaxing and host and co-host very professional quick to respond and reply to all requests and making it easy to extend this is marked as my favorite

The quality of the car was amazing. It was so clean and worked so well! The pick up was so much easier than I expected, this was my first time using Turo. They had pictures of the location to pick it is from and communication was consistent, speedy and clear. I could not recommend renting front them more! They made my trip so much easier!

Key Fob died midway through my trip. Messaged the host and they replied saying the key has always been an issue..
The automated messages doesn’t help either..
