Overall, this Tahoe was very nice. We did have an issue with the key fob and had to replace the battery. There are 2 tire sensors out. My brother is a mechanic who traveled with me and we noticed vibrating in the break pads/rotors. The car otherwise drove fine and was very comfortable. The hosts communicated very well and were very easy to work with.
Hi Tamara thank you for your review! The key fob’s battery unfortunately went out during your trip, there was no indication that it was bad prior. I did offer to have one brought to you and installed and you declined. We did reimburse you for the cost of the small battery. As far as the brakes we have receipts showing we just changed them, the brakes are new. New tires were also just installed and the shop forgot to reinstall the sensors. Apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you!!
