I would never rent this car again or from this group. It smelled like cigarettes. When I picked up the car the back tire was low I messaged the company multiple times and sent pictures and got zero response. I had to fill it up everyday of my trip and when I had to drive to the airport it almost cost us our flight because of the time it took. At the end of our trip we went to park and saw short term was blue and red garage and long term was orange and green. We were told to park in orange so we did because we saw nowhere was economy garage. Then we finally get blown up because our vehicle was parked in the wrong garage. The communication was poor in the way they spoke to us over text and the time it took to get a response. I get it was an accident to be in the wrong garage and an honest mistake but for it smelling like cigarettes and a low tire that’s ridiculous. We ended up paying an inconvenience fee for not being in the correct garage. Not a fan!
