I had a very disappointing experience with this rental. The vehicle had multiple serious issues that made it both frustrating and unsafe to use. The audio system didn’t work at all, which meant I couldn’t hear turn signals or alerts. GPS connectivity was also completely nonfunctional, forcing me to use my phone while driving, which is both dangerous and illegal. On top of that, the rearview camera didn’t work, making parking and reversing difficult and risky.
I reported these problems promptly, but the response was extremely slow. I was ignored for nearly a full day, and when I finally heard back, the options provided were unreasonable and would have required me to sacrifice valuable vacation time.
Overall, this experience fell far below expectations. The car should not have been rented out in this condition, and the lack of timely, helpful support only made things worse. I would not recommend renting from this host
