It was such a pleasure working with Cindy. The suburban was perfect, we were able to utilize all the space in the vehicle to move my daughter to Georgia to begin her fall semester at college. Thank you Cindy!

Car was great itself! Turo never reserved our car seats (verified with two other people that I had ordered them). Rental company manager was going to send them however since my trip was started, they could not be added to my reservation. The rental car Manager then informed me that since they couldn’t be added to my reservation, he was no longer sending them stranding us with five kids at the airport an hour from home. After calling back and making him aware that that was not going to work, he was able to deliver car seats as a courtesy to us, which was very helpful. Overall, the original outcome was slightly discouraging, and took over an hour to sort out, but the company did make it right and we are appreciative.

Even though the car seats couldn’t be added any longer, as a mom I felt compassion and still chose to provide the 4 car seat seats to you for free.
I’m sorry that you felt the need to rate 3 stars. This was an issue of failing to request the seats, not something we did. Thank you.
Great vehicle! A/C was cold. Tires were bad but they worked hard to replace them before trip started. I would use them again!

Hi Kevin thank you for your review! I would like to clarify the vehicle’s tires were not bad, rather they weren’t up to par with the standard you preferred for your trip, which we understand. We chose to replace the two tires ahead of time that you didn’t want on the vehicle as your trip was long and we wanted to provide a great experience! Those tires however, did jot need to be replaced at that time. I greatly appreciate your business! Thank you!
