Everything was absolutely perfect!

First experience with Turo and everything went well. Quick response and patient with me as I navigated through. Vehicle was in excellent condition, clean and served us well. Would use again!

Overall trip was good but we did have issues with the return and the lockbox code because we were sent the old code so I had to call and get the new code, which delayed us checking in for our flight. The vehicle did need service on the brakes and the alignment was off and pulled to the right so the drive was a little uncomfortable.

I did let know that the vehicle may have show a break service message, however the vehicle did not need brake service. The mechanic forgot to reset the light when he replaced the breaks a few days prior to your trip. The correct code was provided, as the only way you were able to open the vehicle at check in, is with the correct lockbox code : ) I’m unsure where you located the wrong code. Thank you!

Cindy was very communicative and helpful when necessary. The car was very clean and comfortable. It was a great size for our large family. The only negative was there was an exhaust smell every time we used the A/C. Fortunately it wasn’t too hot during our trip so we just rolled down the windows and kept the A/C off.
Hi Laine thank you for your review! This is the first time I’m hearing of this. I always send out a message next day after pick-up to see how everything is going and your response-was all is 100% ok! So I’m pretty sure this has to do with you failing to return our child car seat that we provided to you and having to reimburse us, which you were not wanting to do. Additionally, outside smells you experience, is usually the air circulation being turned off. Please refrain from leaving false info.
