The car doesn’t have all the features of a new car but it met our needs for the trip. Our flight left early and I attempted to check the car back in early but the host didn’t get back which is not their fault our flight was super early!

For future guests, the car is equipped with a touchscreen display, integrated Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and a premium Bose sound system for an excellent driving experience. Also, for late-night or early-morning returns, there’s no need to contact the host - you can easily return the car anytime by following the provided check-out instructions. We look forward to hosting you again!

I’m being charged a late fee for returning the vehicle 15 min later
There were no late fees or any additional charges applied at any point to this booking. This appears to be a mix-up with another reservation.
For future guests: we follow Turo’s policies closely and always communicate clearly about any potential fees. As a note, Turo does not even allow late fees unless a vehicle is more than 30 minutes late.
