Car was excellent. Pickup was not. In the Tampa airport, the cars are kept at economy parking garage, which is a train ride away from the terminal. The car was in the most far away spot possible after finally reaching the garage. AND the car location pictures did not match the car or its location, so it took us a good 30 minutes and the help of an airport employee to finally find the car. Not good when you are disabled and tired. (The pictures were of another white SUV’s location, not ours.). The car’s phone charging ports did not work and we had to use our own portable battery banks the entire trip. You have to pay for parking to leave the garage. Previous hosts have left cash for this purpose, this host did not (so you pay for the parking at pickup). Due to Turo and host rules, you can only return the car to the same economy garage. If you are disabled in any capacity, I highly discourage you from doing this, as there is no available help going from the garage back to the terminal, and no one will help you with this issue (including the hosts).
