Poor communication and deceptive fuel practices.
On the morning of pickup — while navigating TSA with my family — the owner threatened to cancel my trip over a driver’s license I’d already uploaded. Completely unnecessary.
They parked vehicle for hours in a metered parking lot- paid by me.
Tire pressure warnings fired repeatedly throughout the trip.
Most concerning: I’m being charged for fuel despite returning the car at near full. This appears to be a deliberate tactic to extract extra charges from renters. Document everything before and after this rental.
Future hosts should be aware that this review does not reflect the documented facts of the trip. The guest selected virtually every negative category available, including Check Engine Light, despite never reporting any such issue during the rental. This review was submitted only after documented evidence supported a fuel reimbursement claim that the guest ultimately paid. The timing speaks for itself. Disappointing to see this after providing exceptional service throughout the trip.
